Include the app name, version, device and operating system, steps to reproduce the issue and any error message. Do not send passwords or original media containing personal information.
iOS 1.0 processes media on the device without a server configuration. Check the file format, available storage and processing settings if a task fails, and keep the app open. Save results to Photos or Files. App Store purchase and availability status is shown by Apple.

工具箱整合净图消除、自然修颜、证件照、商品图、轻压视频、动图制作和人声伴奏。所有素材处理在本机完成。一次订阅覆盖七种工具；整个工具箱共享 3 次免费成功处理，失败和取消不扣次，不是每个工具各有 3 次。沿用商品图工坊的订阅商品，可在应用内恢复购买。免费次数不跨设备同步。
The toolbox combines photo repair, portrait adjustment, ID photos, product images, video compression, GIF/video conversion and vocal/instrumental processing. Media stays on the device. One subscription covers all seven tools. Three free successful jobs are shared across the whole toolbox; failed and cancelled jobs do not count. Existing Product Canvas subscription products remain in use and purchases can be restored. Free uses do not sync between devices.
结果可转入兼容工具继续编辑，应用会保留独立输入副本。删除原任务不会删除已经转入其他工具或保存／分享的副本。导入、预览和继续编辑副本可能保留在本机缓存；删除应用会移除其沙盒文件。
Compatible exports can be copied into another tool for further editing. Deleting the source task does not remove copies used in another tool or saved/shared outside the app. Imported, preview and handoff copies may remain in the local app cache. Removing the app removes its sandbox files.
